Manage the daily operations of the Mall with coordination of operational departments/well organized team. Manage interaction with valuable tenants and customers.

- Assist the Mall Administrator in formulating the department's goals and objectives - Oversees all day-to-day operations in Mall. - Manages the operational activities on each floor of the Mall. Develops and schedules the staffing requirements. Prioritizes shift schedules based on staffing capacity and inventory supply. - Assist Mall Administrator in educating operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards. - Ensures all help requests/client issues are completed and resolved the same day. Works to understand the root cause of repeat issues, implements the required changes, and inspects the issue repeatedly to ensure the issue has been definitely resolved. - Monitors and reports on operational efficiency to management; Researches and develops plans for operational improvements; Implements approved proposals. - Review and resolve client complaints/concerns. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Mall Administrator - Prepare additional analysis and reports as requested by the Mall Administrator - Manages Events that are held in Mall. - In order to provide the good customer services, I am responsible to give protocol to the delegations and Mall guests. - Check the daily reports regarding Mall operations including footfall, Task Management System, vehicle count, inspections, Mall opening/closing etc. - Coordinate with other departments for the smooth operations of the Mall

- Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
- Assist operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.

- Ensures maintenance of company-maintained vehicles.
- Responsible for processing any vendor or utility bills on time.
- Coordinate with senior management for any tasks.
- Ensure proper usage of petty cash, consolidate summary at the end of the month and submit to the accounts department.
- Responsible for executing the activity of employee of the month.
- Responsible for coordinating any events in the organization.
- Supervise the kitchen staff.
- Maintain professional office decorum.
- Conduct the activity of Sadqa every month.
- Responsible for drivers and receptionists and their shift management system.

Retail Development
- Responsible to make contacts with the potential customers (Retailers)
- Handled placement of merchandise and attractive interiors of retail outlet
- Organize kiosk and float activities on different prime locations
- Managing stock levels on retail outlets
- Work with distributors to ensure the availability of stock in market
- Responding to retailer’s complaints and comments
- Dealing with sales as and when required
- Responsible for the planning and execution of retail conferences and meetings
